The Attack of the Kraken!

This is a set I have been working on for a while that I built on LDD.  It has over two thousand pieces, almost 1,600 of which make up the kraken itself.  I built the kraken so that the mouth and arms section detaches easily, so you can recreate poses similar to picture 7.  All eight arms are incredibly flexible, and they can detach individually so that you can easily make them wrap around the ship as seen in pictures 5 and 6.

The ship is lacking in sails, but that doesn't take away from the awesomeness of this set.  It includes ten minifigures and a monkey.  It also includes a small boat for the navy sailors to ride in as they attempt to rescue the princess, as well as the main ship.  The ship has 697 pieces, but that is nothing compared to the kraken's 1,590 pieces.  The kraken has eight long tentacles, two large eyes, and a mouth full of pointed teeth.  A minifigure standing next to it doesn't even reach the kraken's eye.

I hope you like this set because I put a lot of time into building it.  It is probably the biggest thing I have ever built with LDD, and I'm really glad it turned out looking so good.  I only hope you like as much as I do, and lend your support.
