This is a Lego puppet. You can move its arms and legs. It is good for all ages. If you are a child you can play with it or draw it. This can be a base for a sketch. If you are an adult you also can use for art or for decoration. This can look good in a shelf. You can get it in different colors. I built it because I love art and sketching. I have a same puppet but it's not built from Lego.
I think that would result in a great Lego set because this is flexible. It has a lot of options. You will have a lot of fun with it.
