This is a Lego model of a Twin Pod Cloud Car, which you can see in Cloud City in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
It is colored in a medium Orange and dark Grey, has two One-person-controlpods (one for flighing, one for the weaponsystems) and is about 8 to 10 cm long and 10 cm wide.

You can replace the Pods, seperatly, so they can "fly" on theyr own, too.
The Minifig is no special figure. probably the set would include Lobot or an Bespin soldier/pilot, but I could´t build those with LDD
