This model is a micro scale golden castle built on Lego Digital Designer. This model contains a lot of gold coloured pieces which I think would appeal to collectors and children as they are unusual an not that common in Lego sets. It might be possible to print a tile texture on the golden roof pieces to create a more realistic effect.
The inspiration for this castle came when I was in my Design and Visual Communications (DVC) class in school. I have always had an interest in castles, so I decided to build one to submit on Lego Ideas. I decided to include what I think are some unusually coloured pieces to give this idea some appeal to those who like unusual and uncommon pieces.
