It is a hillclimb car that fits on top of set #60305. As a matter of fact, that is why I built it. I believe that car transporters should be transporting more than one car at a time. A hilllclimb car is a car that participates in races that goes straight up a hill or mountain. They are not street legal and therefore require to be transported from venue to venue. Hillclimb racecars have to have a special type of fuel to run up and down the mountainsides. This model could be more attractive in single color pieces, but I didn't have those to work with.
