Experimental Aircraft

This is a LEGO airplane inspired by the Boeing X-36 tailless aircraft. It consists of approximately 800 LEGO bricks. It features retractable landing gear and a cockpit (as shown in the pictures). Inside the cockpit, there is seating for one minifigure/pilot. I built this model because I think that tailless aircraft are something unique, rare, 'products' of science-fiction. This would make a great LEGO set because it is playable, small, relatively easy to build, and it replicates a very interesting category of aircraft.
