This modular building is based on several existing kiosks throughout the city where I live as well as the sidewalk that decorates the street.
It's a newspaper kiosk with a small place to sit and enjoy your new magazine.
My idea of construction was attaching it to the right of the Parisian Restaurant and allow the details of the staircase and terrace to be visible.
The building consists of roughly 1007 parts and has 3 mini-figures and a dog.
