The set would contain 1 Coast Guard Minifigure with binoculars and a radio which are housed on the rack that supports the surfboard.
The front was slightly remodelled for the Lex Luthor version.
I like the life belt hanging on the back and the surfboard on the top.
Price range - I'd think this would be about the £8 mark, although I'm currently working on another Coast Guard project that this set would complement well with so it could be part of a larger set too.
