This is a Lego made version of the 3M 131 traffic light. The first production of this signal was from 1969 to 2007. The 3M 131 used a PAR 46 lamp, similar to cars at that time. The 2007 version consisted of minor changes, including the photocell dimmer wiring resitsor changed. This lego build took 3 days to make, and took a lot of effort.
