This is another framed art I made during spring time this year, when I was scouting for magnolia trees in Shanghai. This view stunned me and kept appearing in my mind, so I decided to bring it to life inside a picture frame with LEGO pieces.
The background city skyline on the further side of the river bank, ferries and vessels in the river flow, people walking dogs, together with the magnolia flower branches in the foreground form a beautifully layered composition. It contains rich elements, but with a careful selection of pieces and layout arrangement, the size of its canvas is quite reasonable (36 x 24 studs), which makes it ideal for either wall or table decoration.
