When I was in New York, I was inspired by one of the Bagel Shops in Dumbo. In addition to the industrial character of the building, the color scheme of the Bagel Shop was in very pleasant harmony.
I decided to design a modular building based on this, which will give back this harmony.
On the lower floor is the bakery and café, which will be the favorite of all LEGO CITY residents. Freshly baked baked goods and specialty coffee are served every morning. The workers in the bakery are really nice people.
On the first floor you can find an apartment for rent, and on the secord floor there is a modern studio of an antiquties collector. He has a small kitchen, big tv screen, paintings, swords and a really big couch.
