What is it?
It's an 80cm-tall LEGO model of Bogota Tower, built from a whopping 3,400 pieces! It's meant to be a real tribute to Colombia's tallest skyscraper. I've even added some green bits here and there to soften those sharp lines and give it a touch of nature.
Why did I build it?
I've always been fascinated by how we humans keep trying to build higher and higher, reaching for the sky. This project was a way to combine that fascination with my love of LEGO building. It was just a really fun challenge.
Why do I believe it would make a great LEGO set?
I think it captures the tower's unique stepped shape and that striking blue glass really well. Plus, it would be the first LEGO set featuring a South American skyscraper! I think that's pretty cool—it would be great to see some recognition for the amazing architecture happening in South America. It's definitely a challenging build, but it turns into a seriously impressive display piece. It really shows off the scale and all the little details of Bogota Tower and tells a story about how cities are growing and changing. I think architecture fans and LEGO builders who are looking for a complex and rewarding project would really love it.
