Samba Balloon Ride

The whirling Samba Balloon Ride guarantees motion sickness afterwards!

The ride is spinning and wiggling so the people riding the Balloon Ride get really nauseated. The ride is very popular at the Theme Park, you can see that because there are a lot of people in the ride.

For visitors not fond of motion sickness, there are two other attractions.

The first one is a Test of Strength or Hi-Striker. Here all He-man wannabe visitors can show off their strength. When someone manages to hit it superhero hard, the star will light up - but most of the visitors have a hard time just lifting the mallet.

The second one - for visitors not needing to show off - is a Skeeball attraction, where people can try winning something they don't want to have.

After the visitors have their arms full of ugly stuffed animals and plastic figures, they go to the playground and let their kids play for awhile in the playhouse or jump on the purple jump pillow.

I have always enjoyed the magic of theme parks and loved the different rides. Now I have combined this pleasure with my passion of LEGO construction in a project.

I have used microscale to reduce the number of bricks needed, and to have a greater challenge in the designing process. It is fun to build different rides with just a small amount of bricks.

All the sets are constructed on 16x16 base plates which you can snap together to create a large Theme Park. The base plates can easily be parted again and reshuffled to create a new park.

I have added a picture with Theme Park units put together, so you can see an example of a Theme Park. All parts have now been posted here so please feel free to support them all!
