It's a broken water main.
I built it to use some spare bits I had and wanted to make a scene with my workmen.
I wanted it to be fun, so I have one of the workmen standing around having a cup of tea as there is always one working while others stand watching on UK roads.
I used some bits from the portal from LEGO dimensions game.
I love making LEGO sets and thought I would have a go at creating my own idea.
I think everyone should have a go, and we might get some great ideas flowing.
I hope you like the design.
