Hello everyone I bring you an idea that would complete any train enthusiast collection. A 2-8-0 Consolidation C19 70 Class locomotive. This locomotive is will know to operate at Knott's Berry Farm. The C19 is a narrow gauge engine used for freight or passengers transport. This model will look great in a western layout or set.
The reason I design this model is to have an american steam engine join the collection of steam trains lego has produced. The engine form cow catcher to tender is 18 1/2" long and 8 studs wide. The reason for the 8 stud width is to give the appearance of a narrow gauge locomotive. The model contains 353 pieces roughly. The tender will have room for two motors. The cab is fully detailed with a boiler and two engineers holding a hand brake. I plan to update the model to fit power functions in the tender. Right now I have two 9v motor in the tender.
