Here is a lego model of one of the most iconic pieces of technology of all time, The Sony Walkman.
This model in particular is the Sony Walkman WM-8.
Complete with interchangeable tapes and a headset that can be plugged and unplugged. It is built as close to 1:1 scale as I could manage without losing any of the key details and buttons . The front opens the same way as a real walkman by simply pulling it out on the hinge. It contains the loops on the back for the belt just like the actual model too.
The buttons featured are a volume wheel, pause/play, skip, rewind and a headphone jack.
The total piece count is 258 but lots of larger pieces are used.
