Back in the 40s comics, the Joker was famous for plagiarizing off of his arch foe in a number of ways, including the vehicles. The Jokermobile also includes a battering ram in the front, but it sports a different color theme, has a mounted gun on the back (for the goon), and has the cockpit more forward on the car.
