This is a small LEGO city with two apartments, each with a shop underneath, there’s also one cafe, one park and one amusement park. I built this to make a different type of small city so that it takes up less space. I believe this will make a great set, because those who don’t have lots of space to build and create in their home could buy this set, to save space.
