There have been F1 LEGO sets before, but they have always been quite large or quite small. This model is a nice in between size, and sits nicely on a desk. It uses parts that are fairly common but there are mix of technic and standard bricks. The yellow wheels and suspension components give some interest to the colour scheme, but it could be changed to other colours and have stickers added to really customise the set.
