The model consists of three sections:
- the first floor ( ground floor ), which is fully detailed and is home to the actual store. It is also here where there are stairs in order to access the second floor;
- the second floor, which is again fully detailed and is home to the apartment. It has a living area, a bathroom and a kitchen;
- the roof, which has a small garden on it.
