Sushi is a typical Japanese food, well known all over the world.
It is very realistic (the scale is 1:1) and very colorful. The building is composed by 423 bricks,
There are three different nigiri (one of salmon, one of shrimp, and one of omelette), two futomahi and wasabi sauce. All of the sushi are served on a wooden tray.
I think that it would be a great LEGO set because until now there are no realistic LEGO food in scale 1:1.
