This is a lego city scale set, it is two 4x4s one is a covert police vehicle and the other is a same style but is a normal 4x4.
I would put the set around £20-£25 and for 5+

As you can see 360* blue on roof and hi rise blue in window with covert grills and fend off (side blues)
As you can see rear red and blues in rear window and rear tail lights.
