Pink Floyd Tribute

Hello All,

As requested by some Lego fans, I have created a tribute to Pink Floyd.

This latest update represents the famous flying pink hovering over the Power Station, as  seen on the cover of 'Animals', released in 1977. The album's cover image, a pig floating between two chimneys of the Battersea Power Station, was conceived by the band's bassist and lead songwriter Roger Waters, and was designed by long-time collaborator Storm Thorgerson of Hipgnosis.

Updated base plate

In order to enhance my model further, I decided to plant some trees along the embankment of the river Thames.

It is early morning and one of the engineers has just turned up in his red car. In a few hours, the site will be buzzing with life.

Updated info:

  • 906 parts
  • Base plate: 21 studs wide by 32 studs long
  • No 'illegal' building techniques or other LDD trickery.

Thank you very much to all of my growing number of supporters and followers.

If you like this model please support and share it through your friends and social media.
