A Batman Statue would sit in front of the building.
On top is a giant "W" and the light gray is meant to look like a bat. Frogs are in front of the windows to be gargoyles.
This is the science development lab on the second floor. a lot of batman tech is being developed here. There is nothing on the top and bottom floors because im still developing how to fit desks and escalators.
