Thank you!
Hi guys.
There are just a few days left until the deadline and, given the average daily votes, I don't think Lyle will reach the 5k milestone in time.
So I want to thank everyone who took a moment of their time to support the project!
For me it's not a defeat, on the contrary it was a lot of fun and a real honor to have the opportunity to participate in the biggest Lego competition and collect so much support, from all over the world.
I've never designed a Lego set of this complexity, which for the more experienced won't be much, but for me it was a challenge. Collecting almost 5k supporters was a surprise and an honor.
I hope I'll find the time to make some changes to give Lyle another try in the future.
Thanks everyone!
Claudio... and Lyle! 🙂🐊

🎉 Yeah! It's finally built! 🎉
I'm so proud of my personal Lyle set, really wish this set could go into the homes of many, especially those who have expressed a desire to display it in their home (and bathroom LOL).
After the computer design phase, I wasn't sure if it could actually be built, but here it is! 😆
🙏Thanks to everyone who has already supported the project.

Details: The Rubber Ducky
The little yellow duck reproduces the one seen on the movie’s cover of “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile”, placed on the crocodile's tail.
It consists of 12 single parts.
For the piece that makes up the head I created the eyes with Part Designer.
While the beak is one of the few pieces in the set that doesn't fit into the existing color palette, it was so good at reproducing the shape of the beak that I couldn't pass it up.
Also for this reason I would love to see the set made and give an amazing orange beak to this ducky.

🎉 2000! 🎉
Thank you all supporters!
What a great achievement. I know that the road is still long to get to the end, the competitors are really talented, but ehi “Take a look at us now”, quoting a movie’s song. It’s a pleasure for me to see people's support.
I found I’m not the only one impressed by Lyle's enthusiasm and sweetness. Even those unfamiliar with him grasped this essence from the set. And that’s a great thing for me.
Thanks everyone!

WE ARE 500!
500 supporters! Wow. For me it is already a great achievement! Really. This is my first experience with Lego Ideas and honestly I didn't expect such a response in the first days.
Thanks so much to everyone who voted for Lyle. I realized that many do not know the character and have not seen the movie. Still, they liked the set and caught the spirit of fun, and that’s great! I hope it reaches as many people as possible.
