The fanged pitcher plant (Nepenthes Bicalcarata) is a lesser known type of pitcher plant. It is native to tropical climates and can grow up to 8 inches. This set is about life sized, and also includes the stalk of the pitcher. So I think that this would make a great set becaus it is, as previosely mentioned, life sized. Also, because of its unearthly appearance, it could be used in a far off planet scene, or as a monster for stop motion. So build it for those reasons, or as I did, just because I wanted to.
