Depicting one of the funniest scenes from the classic comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail, this model shows the moment King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table encounter a clan of very rude Frenchmen randomly in the English countryside. One of the Frenchmen, who has a very outrageous accent, famously makes multiple insults to King Arthur and his group of knights.
After a failed attempt to siege the French castle, The Knights of the Round Table constructed a "Trojan Rabbit' to infiltrate the castle but funnily forget to get into it. King Arthur is again forced to retreat when the French catapult the trojan rabbit back to the Englishmen.
About the model
It of course includes a portion of the French castle for the taunting Frenchman to yell from. It has a large door for the Trojan Rabbit to be brought into and a small catapult to launch things at the Knights of the Round Table. The Trojan Rabbit is present. It is on wheels just like in the movie and also has a door which can be opened so that the Knights (as long as they remember) can hide in. It includes 6 minifigures and a few animals.

As a teen, I found the goofy humor from Monty Python and the Holy Grail great. It was always very simple but never failed to deliver a laugh. Now with the rising popularity of castle sets again, I think a small set dedicated to this comedy classic with be a fun addition to many people’s castle worlds. I also think it would be a lot of fun to recreate iconic memes with a set like this or other scenes with King Arthur.
