When I was younger I bought the LEGO CITY 7733 set. I didn't like that the forklift is as wide as the truck. There isn't any narrower and smaller forklift till now. So, I tried to build a CITY-styled forklift but in the size what I think is correct.
Opposite of the SNOT technics, the creation is very massive, stable, so you can roll it free. I think it would be a nice official set with a minifigure and a pallet.
