This build is inspired by the pirate videogame Sea of Thieves. It depicts the throne room of the notorious Gold Hoarder, which players must battle to complete the final story based mission in a collection of tales. I designed this as a small display piece to immortalise the climax of a magnificent adventure. The design utilises a few interesting but simple techniques which would interest but not impede a builder. I am a big fan of Lego and Sea Of Thieves and this build is the third of a group where I have fused the two together. Many of my favourite Lego sets are Pirates, or POTC themed and I support the introduction of new and modern pirate themed sets.
