The Space Food Truck

This is the Space Food truck ! I wanted to do this since I saw the series 26 minifigures and thought : I need to make a MOC for them ( as my parts selection is quite limited, I built this in studio and cannot provide real life photos). This small restaurant moves all year long, travelling to every planet in our solar system. Space travelers will be happy to find it to have a quick snack or even a full meal like perhaps their iconic dish : the purple carrot Pizza on their way. Food is prepared by a staff of two Neptunian’s : N'boo and T'tooine. They are assisted by their waiter, the droid ragui-del123, and the pilot of the truck, the earthling Johny Thunder the third.

 

This project represents a fun design of a ship that we might invent one day, when we'll be travelling the stars. This project the food truck, complete with a basement, which serves as a small area to keep food in and the beds for the staff to rest. The main floor is the kitchen and the serving area, with a small footpath for smaller visitors.

The truck is done in reddish orange, black and dark bluish grey. I quite like this color scheme; but if Lego were to change it, that would be fine. Inside, there is a small vegetable garden to grow the Neptunian purple carrots.

There is also a small space bike included with a snake droid.

 

This model includes cool minifigures, the two chefs, the pilot, the waiter and some random aliens. I made a cyber-snake, a burger thief, a weird turquoise thing with horns, two tiny one-eyed aliens and a miniature Apollo astronaut. I think it would be a cool occasion to make some more cool alien characters in Lego, like the ones I made but maybe a few more.

 

I believe a lot of people could want this as a Lego set, and so do I, it's a fun idea, it looks cool and it wouldn't be stuck behind a huge paywall, probably around 120 to 150 $ as there are about 1400 parts.
