This build is inspired by the ancient world. It aims to recreate an ancient Roman warship. This set is designed from historical sources. There are many interactive features in this build. There is a small catapult at the front of the ship. The sides of the ship are lined with Roman shields to protect the soldiers on board from flying projectiles and to help identify it. At the back of the ship the upper section opens up to reveal a room beneath that contains the sacred objects of the Roman military force and can be used as an officers quarters. LEGO has never built an ancient Roman set and this could provide many LEGO enthusiasts with a new theme, elements and Minifigures. Let the legacy of Ancient Rome live on in LEGO form!
