ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
- Where did your interest in this particular model come from?
I love winter Christmas atmosphere and I'm fascinated by street performances popular in this period of the year.
- How long was the process of making the project, and what did you have to research as well? What kind of prep, research and design phases did you go through to produce your creation?
Right from the beginning, I had a clear idea about my creation. The process of making the project took about 3 months, for research and purchase of the suitable pieces and the building.
- What special challenges did you face creating the model? What was the most difficult part to recreate?
I'm not a Lego Techinc expert so I found it difficult to recreate the mechanism of the dancing scene.
- How long did it take to complete the model? Did you finish it fairly quickly, or did it take a long time? And how did the build time compare to the time you spent promoting your Product Idea to reach 10,000 supporters?
I completed the model in 3 months. It was funny to build the model and it was satisfying to promote it thanks to the positive feedback.
- How did it feel when you reached the magic 10,000 votes and how long did it take?
It took almost one year. I felt a great satisfaction to reach 10k notes for the first time. I was very happy.
- Approximately how many LEGO bricks did you use to create your model?
About 3000 pieces.
- What is your favorite building technique or part/section that you’ve incorporated into your Product Idea?
My favorite sections are the dancing scene, the dome above the theater and the trees.
- If you built your model digitally, what software did you use to build and render your model?
I don't like digital building, I prefer to build my moc physically.
- If you used custom stickers or prints for your design, how did you create them or where did you get them?
I didn't use them
