Asian Sushi Food Truck

I am excited to introduce my version of an Asian Sushi Food Truck, inspired by LEGO’s official food truck series and the Sushi Chef Minifigure from the Ninjago Movie Minifigure Series. This vibrant and functional food truck brings the lively world of street food to life in LEGO form, with a unique focus on sushi and noodles.

The primary motivation behind this build was to combine my passion for both LEGO and their food truck sets, and to share that enthusiasm with my kids. LEGO’s food truck sets, particularly the Ninjago-themed ones, have always been a source of inspiration for me. The intricate design of this food truck features a modular roof and sidewall that swing open, providing easy access to the well-detailed interior. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped cooking station, a display shelf showcasing fresh ingredients, and a checkout counter where customers can pay for their meals. There’s even a serving area where sushi and noodles are handed to customers, adding an extra layer of realism to the overall experience.
