Santa's Hot Air Balloon

Give the reindeer a break, and let Santa ride the Hot Air Balloon! Let Santa drop the presents down the chimney that are hanging from the side of the basket.

I wanted to have a pretty LEGO Christmas Gift With Purchase to put on my chimney mantel. The design had to be quite large, yet low in parts. I knew the hot air balloon pieces came in white and red, so an Idea was born. The balloon creates a lot of size, is low in weight but it is a sturdy design. You can fill it up with your favorite Lego pieces as gifts . 

The chimney is also large in seize but low in pieces. It is quite sturdy because the wedge pieces on the side provide extra support. To me it is also important a set gives you something to do, so the playfeature of dropping the gifts down the chimney slide had to be included.

The part count is really low, only 234 pieces.
