The Iron Giant - Buildable Figure
Released in 1999, The Iron Giant is an animated film from director Brad Bird and Warner Brothers Studios. It tells the tale of a robot that crash lands on earth during the fall year of 1957. The Iron Giant is befriended by a boy (Hogarth Hughes) in the fictional town of Rockwell Maine. Hogarth teaches the The Iron Giant the concepts of love, friendship, life, and the evils of war.
There are so many memorable scenes in this classic film that it's hard to just pick one. So with this build I've tried to make it as "Super' as I could and include a number of elements from the film.
With this build you'll get to build the Iron Giant in all his glory. With 32 points of articulation he can take many striking poses. He also stands 47 brick tall (17.5 inches/44.45cm) with the base. At this scale he can watch over your modular building sets and protect your towns. This build will give any collector of LEGO or of The Iron Giant a fantastic display to show off in their living/build space.
