Over the past 4 months, the LEGO Review Board evaluated a record-shattering 57 product ideas that reached 10,000 supporters between early January 2021 and early May 2021.
Congratulations to all our 10K members for reaching the all-important milestone and becoming eligible for review. It's been truly remarkable to witness the passion of both creators and supporters throughout this past year.
There's no doubt that with 57 projects reaching the review stage our review board had their work cut out for them and making a decision was more challenging than ever before. At the end of the day, we can only produce so many sets through LEGO Ideas and the number of sets produced is not proportionate to the number of submissions entering review, as much as we would love to produce many more fan-created product ideas. For this reason, we continue to look at different ways of realising and celebrating fan creativity.
That being said we've also never had so many product ideas in development as we have right now! We now have 8 fan creations that are in progress and all awaiting their day to shine and we can't wait to celebrate all those when the time comes!

LEGO Ideas First 2021 Review Results
Jazz Quartet
A huge congratulations to Hsinwei Chi as his Jazz Quartet recreation has been selected as the next LEGO Ideas sets. This submission already caught our eye as part of the ‘Music to our Ears’ contest due to the dynamic, and the very different design expression which drove us to pick this. Furthermore, Jazz music has been through a revival in the last few years. So we see this as a fantastic tribute to a music genre that has a long history and strong roots.

The Office
A huge congratulations to Jaijai Lewis (aka LEGO The Office) as his The Office recreation has been selected as the next LEGO Ideas sets. This is a super interesting and entertaining television show that we feel is universally known and loved and Jaijai's creation captures all the details of that story so well. It's also very apparent to us how much desire there has been for a set like this after numerous submissions reaching review over the years. This time we had the opportunity and we jumped on it.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - Requires Further Review
The review board has been impressed by Harry Finkel's (aka Hanwasyellowfirst) Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs recreation, which reached 10,000 supporters for a second time. Despite of this, they haven't been able to tick off all the boxes needed to move forward with it and a further review is needed. We will share an update on this project in the next review result announcement in early 2022.

We’re still working out the final product design, pricing and availability for this set. We'll share more on the LEGO Ideas blog when we get closer to launch.
Next review results coming early 2022
The next batch of LEGO Ideas projects are already in review. 34 projects have earned their spot in the review, by reaching 10,000 supporters between early May and early September 2021. We’ll share results of the Second 2021 LEGO review period in early 2022.
