Challenge number two for 2023! Are you ready?
There is no doubt that The Lord Of The Rings scenes from Rivendell are iconic. But what stories, moments or locations from the books and films could be immortalized using LEGO bricks?
There will be two categories in this challenge:
- Location
- Scene
There will be one winner and one runner-up per category.
If you are one of the Grand Prize Winners of this challenge, you’ll receive the following:
- A signed 10316 THE LORD OF THE RINGS: RIVENDELL™
- A prize package of The Lord of the Rings goodies
ENTRY DEADLINE: Submit your entry no later than April 11th 2023 at 6:00 a.m. EST. If you’re not sure what time zone you’re in, here’s a time zone converter.

A Reminder on our latest update when Submitting to Challenges
We're very excited to be able to tell you all that we have listened to your feedback about not being able to resubmit your creation when you received feedback right before the intake deadline. This meant that some members did not have enough time to resubmit their entries! We have now implemented a feature that allows you to resubmit (not submit for the first time) an entry that has been previously rejected for a 24-hour period after intake officially closes. Meaning you will have until April 12th, 2023 at 6:00 a.m. EST. to resubmit. Resubmissions after this will not be accepted.
March 10th - Entries based on The Hobbit are allowed!
As an update to the challenge, I have spoken with the team after lots of people asked, and we WILL be allowing entries based around The Hobbit! It's the same Middle-Earth after all. Happy building and good luck! - Jacob
