The Third 2014 LEGO Review deadline passed this morning at 12:00 a.m. GMT, ushering in nine new qualified projects for us to evaluate as possible future LEGO Ideas sets; that's our largest qualifying period to date! As we enter 2015, here are the qualified projects in the Third 2014 LEGO Review period:
The Goonies 30th Anniversary - The Inferno
The Natural History Museum - Creator Expert
Lord of the Rings Set: Minas Tirith
Second 2014 LEGO Review Results Coming Soon
Of course, the qualification deadline means that the results of the previous review aren't too far behind. Over the fall and winter, the LEGO Review Board has considered the Second 2014 Review projects and will post results on the following projects in the coming weeks:
- Assault on Wayne Manor
- Invisible Hand
- X-Men: X-Mansion
- LEGO Lightsabers: Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker
- UCS All Terrain Armoured Transport
- WALL•E
- Ghostbusters HQ
- Hubble Space Telescope
We will also share the results of two Doctor Who-related projects--Doctor Who, and Doctor Who and Companions--carried over from the First 2014 Review.
What is the LEGO Review?
The "LEGO Review Board" reviews projects that reach 10,000 supporters and consider them for production using a process similar to the one used for our own LEGO products. For more info on the LEGO Review, check out the "What is a Project?" section of our Project Guildeines and House Rules.
