LEGO® Ideas 21311 Voltron - Available Today!

Let's go Voltron Force! We are happy to announce that LEGO Ideas 21311 Voltron is now available to all. Visit the online LEGO Store today to get yours or find it at your nearest LEGO Store or LEGO Certified Store.

Originally submitted by Lendy Tayag (a.k.a. len_d69) in early 2016, his Voltron project turned heads and dropped jaws, and quickly made it to the 10,000 supporter milestone, and following an extended review period it was, with excitement, approved for production. Lendy explains a lot of his motivations for his project in his 10K Club interview.

Staying as true as possible to Lendy's design and the requirements from the Voltron team and LEGO quality and design requirements, LEGO Designer Niek van Slagmaat worked for over a year to finalise the official set, overcoming many design challenges underway.

The final set features 5 buildable and posable lions that can be transformed and combined to create the giant Voltron super robot - the biggest buildable LEGO mech ever! Activate interlocks! Dynotherms connected! Infracells up! Megathrusters are go! Form feet and legs with the blue and yellow lions. Form arms with the red and green lions. And form torso and head with the mighty black lion. Then grab the super robot’s huge sword and shield and form Voltron to defend the universe! The building instructions for this set includes separate booklets for each of the lions, so you can build it as a team and also includes information about the fan designer, Lendy, and the LEGO Ideas team who worked on bringing it to reality!

You can get yours today for a recommended retail price of USD/EURO* 179.99 / GBP 159.99
