Surf's up! Make it yours with this customisable surfboard. Intended for use as either a desk display or a door sign, this surfboard can be customised to match your mood, identify your room (and keep out unwanted siblings!) or just to look great on your desk at home or work.
The idea came while sitting inside during a winter storm and dreaming of the beach, and as soon as I started putting Lego pieces together, this surfboard just naturally happened. And when my daughter saw it, she wanted it on her bedroom door, just to make sure we knew it was her room!
With a 36x5 customisable panel, you can add whatever you want. I've shown my daughter's room sign, with plenty of space to write "Anna's room", and an alternative "Surf's up" with Lego Friends surfer and following shark (eek!), but you can add text, logos, cars, flowers, minifigures, the list is endless!
Simple to make, and endlessly customisable, this surfboard would be the perfect addition to anyone's Lego collection.
