Re-alignment
In my 1st structure the spokes are slightly out of alignment which would give it a slightly week structure. I have re-positioned them to a straight alignment with a better connection giving more strength in the construction.
Can it turn? / Motor driven
Yes it can turn but the bottom model motors have to be moved out of the way.
Yes it could be motor driven i have created a loading dock consealing a motor which would need a friction cord added to drive the wheel.
Cable support
To answer how to support the weight I have updated the model to show how this can be done. I had to draw in the cable's as i cannot seem to use them on LLD
