In 5050 a retired ATV racer was sent up to Mars to test new types of rovers and other vehicles. While he was up there he became rather board and wanted to drive an ATV again. His coworkers noticed this and sent a message down to earth in request for a space ATV. The gift was sent on his birthday and he almost couldn&rsquo;t stop driving it. Now they are used for all sorts of useful work on rough and rocky landscapes. They are the main vehicle used for ground transportation on Mars and are a highly popular space sport.
