Modification of the Ballroom and Clocktower, Hand-cranked and Motorized Options

Thank you so much for sharing and supporting this project! As a result of achieving 100 supporters, this project now has another 365 days to reach the next milestone!

I would like to share an idea I had that was the biggest inspiration for this project, yet was omitted from the initial project, and I would like your input as to what you prefer.

In a previous LEGO Ideas project of mine from three years ago, I made an Elegant Dance Platform containing mechanics to make the minifigures dance. That project gained 224 supporters before expiring. As I was building the Modular Ballroom and Restaurant, I actually built the bottom floor to work with the mechanism of my Elegant Dance Platform, and all of the rest of the designing for this project worked around this mechanism.

The motion of the dance platform can be controlled using a crank attached to either side of the platform.

The dance platform can also be motorized, and I chose to use the Powered Up system. Since this Ideas project also contains the clocktower as a mechanical feature, I designed it to be able to be motorized as well using a motor. Therefore in order to have both the dance platform and the clocktower running, two motors and a hub with two ports will be required.

Due to the 3,000 part limit, this idea was omitted from the project upon initial submission, therefore the detailed kitchen was used in the project.

As a result, I would like your input. Do you prefer the detailed interior kitchen, or the mechanical dancing platform?

It could be possible that both ideas would be included in the final product which would allow the user to choose which detail they prefer.
