It's an art shop that sells art supplies and you can also paint there. You can create art there. The person who owns the store is named Emma and her name is on the sign out front. It would make a good LEGO set because there are not many LEGO sets like it and it would make a great addition to the LEGO City collection. I built it because I had lots of cool pieces for it like printed tiles that were used for the artwork hung on the shop's walls. I used various pieces to make the shop's flooring so it would have texture and style.
