In the spirit of design and architecture, I have created the Kings Cross exterior train station in London. I’ve been inspired by not only the beautiful architecture of this building, but of its use in the Harry Potter series. I created a Lego rendition of the façade of Kings Cross. I used photographs from the recreation of Kings Cross at Universal Studios as well as older and recent photos of Kings Cross in London. I’ve included the clock tower and entry point. Using mostly medium nougat colored masonry bricks to create the exterior and small clear windows to give the illusion of the large arched windows above. It stands a total of nearly 16 inches high and 23 inches in length and approximately 4 inches wide. I think this would make a fantastic Lego set as it could be used in combination with many existing series, train sets or alone as an architectural design. It is a beautiful building that deserves attention.

I’ve added photos with minifigs. Enjoy the action. The platform attaches to the back for added fun!
