Modular Building Renovation and Expansion

This once proud building has fallen into disrepair due to neglect, but the new owners have grand plans for a renovation and expansion to bring it back. This construction site is a hub of activity with demo and jack hammer workers, a heavy equipment operator, carpenters, a welder, solar electric installer, and the construction foreman to keep the project on track.

I created this set to celebrate building, trying to capture all the excitement of a construction site. What kid doesn't like watching the action as a new building takes shape.

I think this would make a great LEGO set both for display with other Creator Buildings and for all the opportunities for play with all the different building trades represented.
