The great boss battle of Plantera!
Enter the world of Terraria, a beloved sandbox adventure game that has captivated millions with its exploration, crafting, building, and epic battles. Among the game's most iconic challenges is the battle against Plantera, a colossal boss lurking in the dense, treacherous, underground Jungle biome. This model brings to life the formidable beast-like plant and includes both phases of the dangrous fight!
Swappable heads for twice the trouble!
Unique to this set are the dynamic swappable heads, enabling builders to showcase Plantera's fearsome transformation from its deceptively calm first phase to its enraged second phase. The first phase includes the unopened bulb, as well as the small spore-like tendrils that extend from the base. The second phase includes the split-open head with it's razor teeth and extending claw vines to grab at unsuspecting combatants!
A detailed base to bring the jungle to life!
The base of the model is meant to evoke the look of the underground jungle, with it's muddy stones and vines curling beneath. There are two smaller sections that rise above the base to provide Plantera with a backdrop designed after the look in-game. They both contain torches the player has placed to light up the battle arena. The final part is a health bar similar to the one that can be found in game when fighting Plantera
747 total pieces!
This model has been meticulously designed to be both articulate, as well as sturdy. A small inner structure allows Plantera to balance on a single beam that extends down through to the base. It has poseable tendrils to make the model as dynamic as possible, with opening and closing jaws in the second phase.
Terraria is one of my favorite games of all time, I have hundreds of hours in it due to the creativity, adventure, and thrilling fights around every corner. I feel as though the unique design of Plantera matches both the excitement and creativity of LEGO and would be an incredible display piece for fans of Terraria and LEGO alike! Hope you enjoy!
