The Idea
This is my set based on a forestry machine, a forestry skidder, a vehicle designed to collect logs.
Product Information and Functionality:
The wheels can rotate and have a system that activates 2-wheel or 4-wheel drive. The front wheels can be turned using the steering wheel located inside the cab. It also has a functional winch with a wheel located on the left side of the tractor. The trailer is directly powered. Let's talk about the crane: it rotates manually, raises or lowers thanks to a cylinder located below the crane arm. To extend or lower the crane boom, there is also a cylinder system located at the front, below the crane arm. For the boom extension, there is a wheel located at the end of the boom. Inside the vehicle, there are details such as levers, the piano levers on the back of the seat, but also other details such as the exhaust pipe, filters, the battery switch in red and pipes for the oil pump. Regarding this, it is composed of 1905 parts.
Why did I do it?
I'm a fan of everything related to forestry. I originally wanted to create an exhibition for the famous veteran forestry brand, Someca. But I realized it could be a collection of ideas, so I decided to design it.
Why should it be a collection?
This collection could appeal to anyone who is passionate about forestry machinery or anything related to this field. Someca and even tractor enthusiasts would probably appreciate this collection as well.
