Round the World Race

This model is of a yacht competing in the round the world Ocean Race. Originally named the Whitbread Round The World Race after it's starting sponsor. Since the first race on the 8 September 1973, the race is now simply called The Ocean Race. My build is of a sailing yacht riding a wave during one such race.

I built this model to celebrate sailing and the adventure of circumnavigating the world on a sailing boat. I believe this would be an awesome Lego set as the build is stylishly simple and looks perfect from every angle because all the colors work so well.
