Heroes of might and magic. An iconic game series beloved by thousands players around the globe. Since always my favourite and most played fraction was the spookiest one - Necropolis.
Why do I think this could be a great Lego set? There are several reasons.
Firstly, the city-building mechanics of game would work perfectly in the modular LEGO system. Castle can split into sections. Every single building can be displayed on its own. Sections can also be attached in different configuration to the main structure.
Model may appeal not only to the game fans, but also to anyone who enjoy anything fantasy or middle-ages related.
And more about castle sections. My project includes:
- Capitol - main and the biggest part of the castle. Provides income to the kingdom.
- Haunted Tower - a place where ghosts come to life and the player can recruit them.
- Vampire Palace - smallest section. As the name suggest, it provides vampire support for our spooky army.
- Mausoleum - these glowing towers are home of lichs.
- Forlorn Cathedral - the last building on the list. Place to recruit Wights.
Another important thing - Characters. The set should contain all of Necropolis units, which are: Skeleton, Zombie, Ghost, Vampire, Lich, Wight and Bone Dragon.
But what can they do without a leader? That's why the necromancer is needed. He is a character controled by a player. A horse rider with a spell book - which is an important element of the game.
And that's all. I encourage you to support my project. : )
